The following terms and conditions apply : -
1. Entrants must be RoI/UK residents over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of the Gerard McGirr Wedding Services, or anyone connected with the draw.
2. Prize draw is only open to anyone who books Gerard McGirr Wedding Services: Video, Cars or Cars & Video.
3. Only Couples who have paid in full will be eligible for the draw. I.e. if you are married during 2012 you must be paid in full before the draw held January 2013.
4. Only one entry per couple is allowed.
5. The prize may change at any time.
6. Entry to the prize draw is automatic for anyone who has already booked Video, Cars or Cars and Video with Gerard McGirr Wedding Services only.
7. Winners of the prize draw will be selected at.
If the date of your wedding is during 2012 you will only be entered into the draw held January 2013.
If the date of your wedding is during 2013 you will only be entered into the draw held January 2014.
If the date of your wedding is during 2014 you will only be entered into the draw held January 2015.
8. If you do not wish to be entered into the draw Gerard McGirr Wedding Services should be informed in writing one week before the draw is held.
9. Video and/or Photographs of the winners wedding may be used in promotional activity.
10. Winner agrees to take part in future promotional activity. Judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The names of the winners will be made available for up to 28 days after the closing date to anyone sending their e-mail address to gerardmcgirr@gmail.com
12. Time and Location of draw will be announced on my website www.gerardmcgirr.com during December of the preceding year.
